In Utah, business law is regulated by the Utah Code, which includes The Utah Uniform Partnership Act among other laws. The Utah Code is a compilation of all laws passed by the Utah State legislature, as well as statutes and regulations promulgated by state agencies. The Utah Code is divided into various titles, and within each title, various chapters, which are further divided into sections.
